A digital service
Meishio is a digital service delivered online, in your web browser on a phone or computer. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges, shipping addresses or delivery times.
When you get access
Your account is ready as soon as you sign up. When paid plans are available, a plan you buy is active as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and you use it in the same account. Meishio is free while in early access, so nothing is charged today.
If something goes wrong
If you paid and your plan has not changed, or you cannot get into your account, email support@getmeishio.com. We reply within 2 working days. Cancellations and refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.
